Mr. Moran, President and Chief Operating Officer with over 25 years of experience in the building maintenance industry, is the driving force behind Total Quality’s commitment to provide the best in janitorial services to property management companies located in the Metropolitan Washington area. He is the heart and soul of Total Quality, and he is actively involved in company operations, marketing and sales, personnel administration and government relations. Mr. Moran is an active owner and takes a “hands-on” approach to operating Total Quality. He is known throughout the local community for his charitable support of various local organizations and his ability to place the right person for the right job.

Mr. Tatem, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with more than 23 years of experience in the building maintenance and the property management industries, leads the administrative team at Total Quality. He is responsible for administration, sales, and marketing, and assists the President in the areas of estimating and bidding, training programs, quality assurance, and corporate development. As a property manager, he received the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. He holds a Bachelor of Science from George Mason University and has course study in Landscape Management from Montgomery Community College. Mr. Tatem works with local charities and industry related organizations.

Ms. Henderson, Vice President, works closely with clients of Total Quality to ensure that all commitments made in the initial proposal package are delivered as represented. She continues to develop an open, responsive partnership with clients and is dedicated to making certain that all tenant and client needs are met. Ms. Henderson and Mr. Moran place major emphasis on partnering with clients and building honest, dependable relationships which continue to validate the credibility and professionalism of Total Quality. Ms. Henderson has over 30 years of diversified experience in the janitorial industry; managing both operational and administrative personnel, developing and conducting building inspections, developing cleaning programs for major retail and commercial customers, and excelling in customer/tenant relations.

Mr. Romero, Director of Operations, has over 22 years of operational janitorial experience in the Washington, D.C., market. His years of on-site operational experience are enhanced by his training in employee relations and management. His technical knowledge of cleaning concepts for all types of interior finishes from ceiling tiles to comprehensive floor care systems compliments perfectly his ability to satisfy continuously the needs of corporate clients. Total Quality customer satisfaction is always his most important priority. Employee recruitment, training, and promotion are all components of his daily job as well. He and Mr. Moran work hand-in-hand to develop motivated, educated, and efficient work teams. He is responsible for the success of the 24-hour Emergency Response Team, and is bilingual in English and Spanish which greatly enhances communications with Total Quality work teams and building management. Mr. Romero has expanded the 24-hour Emergency Response Team and added to it a specialty division that monitors all day services. That actively keeps accounts fully staffed during the day, and the team works diligently to cover absenteeism in evening shifts as well. This new division has been very effective in maintain consistency at all TQ accounts. In December of 2009, Mr. Romero passed the GS-42 Environmental Standards Cleaning Services course conducted by the Building Wellness Institute.

Mr. Suarez is the Assistant Operations Manager for Total Quality with 25 years of experience in the janitorial services industry. He is responsible for assisting the operations manager in all aspects of contractual and operational management for over 12,000,000 square feet of commercial and related office space and has an operational workforce of approximately 800 employees for facilities located in the Washington metropolitan area. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. Mr. Suarez’s focus on detail ensures his success in scheduling inspections and coordinating the participation of account area manager, project manager and/or supervisor, and building management personnel in these inspections. His regular training of managers and supervisors in performing daily duties and specialized responsibilities ensures consistency and high attention to detail, as he concentrates training on the importance of open communication, customer service, and achieving top-shelf service during each shift. In January of 2011, Mr. Suarez passed the GS-42 Environmental Standards Cleaning Services course conducted by the Building Wellness Institute.

Ms. Kowalski, Regional Manager, has over 30 years of experience in the commercial janitorial industry. She provides our ambitious team with depth and knowledge of operational expertise, personnel administration, and training. Ms. Kowalski has managed such prestigious facilities as the DuPont Headquarters Complex in Wilmington, Delaware. This complex has over 4,000,000 square feet of diversified space that required a crew of 135 for day and evening shifts. She was also responsible for managing the cleaning program for the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. In Baltimore, she managed the World Trade Center, One Hundred East Pratt Street/IBM Headquarters office, and the Proctor and Gamble Complex. Ms. Kowalski’s has numerous years of experience in providing the best in services to many Class A properties and customers in the Washington Metropolitan Area as well. She is a tremendously hardworking manager who is invaluable to the Total Quality team. Ms. Kowalski’s responsibilities include complete account management; recruiting, training, contract administration, payroll, quality assurance, and Total Quality customer satisfaction. In December of 2009, Ms. Kowalski passed the GS-42 Environmental Standards Cleaning Services course conducted by the Building Wellness Institute.

Ms. Lopez, Area Manager, has over 14 years of experience in the building services industry, managing major janitorial accounts for very prestigious property management organizations. Her experience in customer relations, client retention, meeting high expectations of management and tenants within strict budgetary guidelines contributes to her overall success. Also qualified in managing major building maintenance projects her strengths include strategic planning, scheduling work tasks, quality control, supervising and training of employees, equipment maintenance, and employee safety. Her working knowledge and experience in training hourly employees to accomplish daily assignments productively and efficiently with an emphasis on safety and high quality end results is showcased throughout the Total Quality accounts. In January of 2011, Ms. Lopez passed the GS-42 Environmental Standards Cleaning Services course conducted by the Building Wellness Institute.

Mr. Reimondez, Client Relations, is the newest member of the Total Quality team, focusing on government client relations within government occupied and government facilities. His experience in government administration places him in the unique position of thoroughly understanding “the other side of the fence,” and the skills gained through that understanding support his commitment to the fulfillment of government-mandated requirements. Being tri-lingual in English, French, and Spanish serves him well, as does his degree in International Business relations.

Ms. Stidham, Operations Administrator, has over 8 years of experience in the building services industry, and over 30 years of experience developing administrative processes and procedures for effective and efficient operations. Her strengths in operational effectiveness and attention to detail contribute significantly to the success of “Green Cleaning the TQ Way” and further enhance the overall records management for buildings seeking LEED designations. Ms. Stidham monitors Total Quality employee building security clearances, and ensures that security offices receive accurate and timely information for the safety of building occupants. Her experience in the use of technology advances to streamline tasks reinforces the Total Quality commitment of efficiency and cost-controlling measures.
